Star architect and challenger want to crack the financing problem
Golfsektorn reports on a golf financing offer that grew out of a meeting between course architect Christian Lundin and former Swedbank CEO Michael Wolf, with Flow & Partners as the lender. Clubs are assessed as a whole, with membership and green fee history or unencumbered property as security, to even out cash flow over the year. The offer will be refined in Sweden before it goes to other European markets.
